Sobre Ichimi Ramen Bar
Ichimi Ramen Bar is a small Japanese kitchen at 12310 Southwest 127th Avenue in Miami. Our ramen starts with the broth: a rich tonkotsu base finished with our secret blended soy sauce in the Ichimi Ramen, chili and butter in the Spicy Miso Ramen, or six vegetables simmered for eight hours in the Garden Ramen. From there you choose your protein, from pork and wonton to beef or rib. There is plenty to share before the noodles arrive. Edamame, Wakame, Takoyaki Balls, Yakitori, Chicken Silk Wontons in Chili Essence, and our steamed bao with pork belly, brisket, ribs, or shrimp. If you would rather have rice, we make Ichimi Fried Rice, the Crispy Chicken Curry Bowl, and the Szechuan Signature Bowl. Finish with Matcha Cheesecake, Yuzu Cheesecake, or the Ichimi Cloud Ring. We are open every day from 11:30 to 20:30, with a Lunch Special during the day and Japanese beer, Ramune, and Calpico to drink. Call ahead for a reservation, or place an order for pickup. We also handle catering, and first-time orders get free gyoza on us.
